Call Center Team Leader

Job Duties
The Team Lead acts as a point of contact for all team members, so excellent communication skills are required.
You need to be proactive to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You'll be responsible for overseeing, leading, and motivating team members daily basis by optimizing group dynamics and team composition.
Daily Duties
• Motivate, develop and support team members in a dynamically changing environment
• Excellent German & English communication skills
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a team leader
• Good experience in MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong experience in presentation & technology
• Experience of meeting and exceed SLA requirements
Experience required
• Computer skills/Tech Savvy
• Excellent communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive team initiatives with creativity and a long-term vision
• University degree (desirable)
• Taking responsibility for managing results for multiple orders
• Flexible attitude to 24x7 working hours, including rest days, holidays, weekends and extended working hours if required.
• Should be a self-motivated top performer
• Experience in Service Desk will be a plus point for this role.
