Our client is recruiting for an experienced Quality Team Lead who has good IT helpdesk experience of hardware, software and networking.
Candidate experience required
Candidates must be willing to work shifts
Experience working to SLAs
Able to create event reviews, reports and presentations for management staff
Able to communicate within all levels of an organization, including management as well as operating teams
Excellent German & Good English writing, speaking and communication skills
