We are currently looking for a Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Agent who is willing to be based in Athens.
Main Duties
- Via a variety of platforms including phone, email and live chat interact with customers.
- Report issues within the organization when essential.
- Retain precise records of customer accounts.
- Provide a response to customer questions and help when required.
Job Requirements
- The aptitude to speak and write Slovenian at a native level.
- Previous knowledge in a comparable role would be advantageous, but the willingness to learn is the most significant pre-requisite.
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and strong communication skills.
