About the Role:
German Speaking Customer Service – Athens, Greece
Our client based in Athens is growing their Team! They are looking for Customer Service Agents to report to the Team Leader and be part of their dynamic Team.
Looking to build your career in the travel industry? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products or resolving their issues with a smile, you will be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. Main responsibilities:
- Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments).
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
- Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Any customer facing role.
- Problem solving skills.
- Passionate about customers.
- Hospitality experience.
- Upbeat and positive.
