About the Role:
Content Manager, Japananese Market
The Content manager’ essential job purpose is to create SEO-friendly and unique content as well as ensure a constant stream of high-quality content for his/her websites. The Content Writer will also facilitate and act as a Content Manager and help with any needs across SEO to oversee his/her websites to ensure that on-page SEO practices are followed. This role will give the opportunity to the right candidate to own certain parts of the products, including prioritization of content articles, coordinating plans across the content team, orders from agencies and actively maintaining any needs across the content marketing side for the given sites.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the content he/she publishes on his/her websites, which mainly includes Casinos - but might not be limited to - both casino and sports content
- Ensure newly published content is aligned with the overall content scope and SEO strategies
- Regularly reviews published content and ensure it's aligned with the latest information and SEO best practices
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Ensure that the content on his/her website is relevant and updated for the targeted audience
- Ensure that the content is in line with market trends and regulations
- Create and plan an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met and coordinate content writers to follow
- Open for other tasks in addition to writing, which can help to improve the quality of websites, content, and relevance for the target audience.
- Able to attend workshops and meetings organized by the Company
- Support other duties across the Japanese Operations team, such as Social Media, CRM, email marketing, etc. in any content-related tasks
Requirements:
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English. Any additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in iGaming across content or CRM departments
- Strong experience in SEO content and content writing
- Strong research skills, including keyword and user intent searches
- Possess solid written and verbal communication
- Good social skills and the ability to work with team members and other departments
- Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
- Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented
