You are / You have:
- 1-2 years of people management experience in an international environment, preferably in customer contact centre;
- Able to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and give / receive feedback daily and you are comfortable to facilitate presentations to a variety of audiences;
- Effective change leadership
- Experience in performance management and call monitoring;
- Proven success with building, leading, and motivating a team and demonstrated history of unwavering judgement;
- Tech savvy with a good understanding of how computers, routers, streaming devices etc work.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken as well as excellent comprehension skills, additional fluency in another language would be an added advantage;
- Open to work a flexible schedule between 7am and 11pm, 7 day work-week based on business needs.
