About the Role:
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Japanese Customer Service Agent
Salary: 1296 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation
Working Hrs: rotational, 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Saturday from 24:00 to 9:00am
Overview of the company:
Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment. For their work from home operation, they are now looking for a fluent Japanese speaker to join their international Customer Service team.
The Role:
As a Japanese Customer Service Advisor you will support a very well-known sport streaming channel. Your tasks is to assist customers via inbound calls with their queries and identifying, understanding and solving their needs. Part of your responsibility will be also to discover cross and up-sell opportunities when speaking to your existing client base. Besides this you will troubleshoot any customer account issues such as internet browser and billing issues.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Japanese

Good command of English

Ideally experience in sales, customer retention or customer service with up-selling and cross-selling

Computer literate

Eagerness to learn and develop
On offer
- Competitive salary of up to 1296 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (room in a shared company flat). If you decided not to take the company accomodation your basic salary per month is around 1536 Euro gross.
