About the Role:
Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors - initially 6 month contract
Lisbon, Portugal
€14,400 per year (including bonuses) + lunch allowance €7. 23 per day
Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors.
This role will be office based.
Job duties
Receiving telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
Essential Criteria
Native level Italian and English.
Ideally candidates will have some customer service experience. .
Good general IT skills.
Relocation assistance – flight reimbursed and discounted accommodation provided if required
