About the Role:

Location: Work from home in Bulgaria

Role: German Customer Care Advisor

Salary: 2228. 66 BGN net (=1139 Euro net) 

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between MON-FRI 08:45 till 19:15

Are you a fluent German speaker with a good command of English and are ready for a new career where you work with a fantastic international team? We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria: German speaking Customer Care Advisor.  

This is a fully remote role, that can be done anywhere in Bulgaria. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!

 

As a Customer Care Advisor you will represent a global, omnichannel retailer with webshops and high street shops, specialising in lingerie and related products. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensures customers receive the best possible service that they deserve. Customer enquiries will come to you via incoming calls, e-mails, live-chats and social media in regards to placing orders, deliveries, payments and complaints. This is a versatile role where multi-tasking is important.

Requirements 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication skills in German both written and spoken
  • Good command of English
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Able to multi-task
  • Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
  • Have good internet and home office facility

Salary and Benefits

There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Sofia, few days hotel on arrival and assistance with finding your own accommodation. Excellent career progression opportunities in a growing company. The basic net salary is around 1139 euro net p/m.
