About the Role:
French and Italian Speaking Advisors – emergency calls
Amsterdam, Netherlands
€60,000 per year
Essential Criteria
· Willing to work in emergency response or high stress emergency communication center environments. For example some car rental roles if involved dealing with accidents, doctors, fire stations, hospitals, some airport roles
Ability to clearly communicate with customers in a timely manner
Proficient in MS Office
Open to flexible scheduling based on preference, including days, nights, and weekends
Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with high attention to detail, while operating various methods of communication equipment
Current certification in CPR, emergency, fire, police dispatch is a plus
Required to be C1 French, B2 Italian and B2 English both in written and speaking communication
This role requires shift work including night shift.
