Role and responsibilities

Daily production of media monitoring products, mainly enterprise solutions, within the agreed quality and deadlines related to the agreed SLA’s and other relevant parameters.

• Precise and efficient selection of news content for specific customers
• Analysis of media content based on customer-specific parameters
• High-quality written summaries of news articles and broadcast segments
• Management of media data
• Documentation of required production data and time consumption
• Other related tasks defined by the management
• Helping other team members to develop professionally
• Taking care of good team spirit and support new team members to get adapted to the working environment

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Knowledge about media and how they operate
• Top-rate communicative skills – you master one or more of the Nordic languages as well as English
• Ability for learning new systems and the desire to become an expert in our technological universe
• Capability of adjusting change in fast developing working environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
