Dutch speaker Responsible Gaming Analyst
Our iGaming client is looking for a Responsible Gaming Analyst to join to their team in the Netherlands. You conduct research into the gaming behaviour of the players and implement mitigating measures to comply with the duty of care.
In the position of RG analyst, you are part of the Compliance department and report to the Compliance & Security manager.
Responsabilites :
- You are engaged in searching for and processing data from various internal and external (un)structured sources to convert it into useful information/insights to obtain the most complete guest image possible. Based on this, you make a risk assessment and give advice on possible next steps. You work closely with the other functions of the operational team.
- Besides that the online casino must be built up, and the organization and the physical office in Utrecht, you will also be busy with various other tasks. So, you have an influence on the foundation of the online casino from the start.
- Conducting research based on the data and information received
- Carrying out risk assessments and determining follow-up steps
- Discussing your research with stakeholders
- Monitoring the objective and subjective FIU reports
- Making proposals for improvement in processes.
Requirements:
- Our new RG analyst is of course analytically and communicatively well-versed. Because you bring a healthy dose of ownership and curiosity, you create support and urgency for your ideas.
- Having research experience in a digital world is an advantage.
- HBO working and thinking level
- Demonstrable and recent work experience in conducting research and preparing reviews, preferably in the field of RG
- Results-oriented
- Stress resistant
- Helicopter view: continuously working on seeing where and what can be improved.
- Knowledge of digital research techniques is an advantage.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing.
