We are currently seeking talented Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agents for our client in beautiful Malaga.
About the position:
- As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing reliable and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during conversations.
- You'll need to achieve call center metrics and SLAs while ensuring call resolution in a timely manner.
- You'll also need to adjust your support approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and needs.
- In addition, you'll educate customers on support options, manage their experience, and upsell them on products and services.
- You'll communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners, and escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Client’s Procedures.
About you:
- Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a customer service role and excellent customer service skills.
- You are passionate about customer care
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- User-level knowledge of computer technology.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
