About the Role:
Our client, a well stablished gaming provider, is looking for CRM Manager, to work based in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Brief in campaigns including: send-outs of emails, SMS, OMS and other content types for various brands and Markets.
- Assist in writing and localising copy for marketing and promotional materials.
- Cross check with all stakeholders to ensure all details are available for execution.
- Work with content management system (CMS) to upload banners and banner copies on site
- Communication creations and send outs.
- Setup Bonuses using back office tools for targeted marketing promotions.
- Request and handle customer lists and ensure correct segmentation.
- Launch and test promotions on multiple devices.
- Establish a good communication with the customer support team.
- Report on communication and campaign performance.
- Constant lookup for processes / campaigns / tools optimisation.
- Ensure timely and flawless quality on all tasks handle.
- Keep monitoring and improving our automated flows across devices, brands and markets to optimize our user experience.
- Ensuring that the Customer Service Team and all project stakeholders are kept fully up to date with all upcoming campaigns and promotions.
- Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant.
- Be involved in our new team members training
Requirements:

- Good command of written and spoken English.
- iGaming experience is a mandatory requirement.
