French Speaking Customer Support Agent, Athens JID:7285
We are currently looking for French speakers to join a very well-known Tourism related project to work fully remote from anywhere in Greece!
This is not the typical call center job. If you are looking for an international experience in a sunny country, this is the right opportunity for you!
Requirements:
- Native or near native of French language
- Fluent level of English
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for the French market via email and chat
- Handling complains and providing information to customers
- Working closely with other departments
