Overview
This role involves answering incoming calls and back office tasks.
Candidates must already be in the Thessaloniki area as interviews are onsite.
Dealing with customers by inbound voice calls + back office content checking, quality moderation and analysis and we need good language level and technical skills attention to detail.
- Native level Spanish and b2 English.
- Must be internet savvy (understand how to navigate a website)
- Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
- Very detail oriented
- Passionate about digging into a problem and figuring it out
- Must have proficient verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
- Excellent work pacing (time management) skills
- Self-directed
- Able to identify trends and potential red flags
- Excellent communication skills with other team members
- Self-starter, can easily adapt to change (new content, changing policies)
- Good problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate in an easy to understand format (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
