About the Role:
Role: Dutch speaking Product Support Specialist
Location: Sofia
Salary: 1500 Euro gross per month (3000 Lev gross)
Operational Hours: 40 hrs per week, 5 days of 8 hrs rotational 09:00-19:15 , Monday-Sunday

Our client is an International is a technology company which provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries.
The role
As a Products Support Specialist you will represent a well known fitness company dedicated to building products that help transform people's health and fitness. You will be the first point of contact for clients in regards to products and orders. You will receive incoming calls and emails from customers and will answer their queries in a timely manner. Provide product information, processing orders and delieveries will be part of your daily tasks.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch
- Good command of English
- Customer service experience
- Flexible attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop
