About the Role:

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 18:30

In their multilingual hub in Athens, Greece they are supporting more than 25 languages. It's a fantastic international setting, with amazing career opportunities. They are currently recruiting for a Czech Customer Advisor for one of their travel industry projects.
The Role
As a Czech speaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customer via inbound calls, emails and live chat and will advice them in relation to holiday bookings as well as any add-ons like car rentals etc. Furthermore you will answer queries in relation to a variety of issues e. g. lost luggage, insurance queries etc. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Czech and English
- Previous customer experience
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Salary and benefits
Basic salary between 1,300 Euros gross p/m depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses.
