About the Role:
Danish-speaking Language Expert – Remote from anywhere in Greece
Are you a talented linguist with a passion for ensuring clear and accurate communication across languages? Our client is seeking a dedicated Danish-speaking Language Expert to join their team in Greece!
As a Language Expert, you will play a crucial role in verifying and refining machine-generated translations of customer queries, concerns, and inquiries for various clients. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences!
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and correct machine-generated translations of customer queries, concerns, and inquiries in accordance with the highest linguistic standards.
- Accurately convey the intended meaning and tone from one language to another, maintaining the authenticity of the original content.
- Identify and provide constructive feedback on language-related issues found in emails and other communications.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of translations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a service environment or customer-facing role.
- Native-level proficiency (C2) in Danish
- Near-native proficiency (B1) in English.
- Excellent understanding of language nuances and cultural sensitivities.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying language-related discrepancies.
- As this is a Work-from-home role, a minimum internet speed of 8 MBPS download and 4 MBPS upload is required.
Training and Working Hours etc. :
- Training: 1-day training session to familiarize yourself with the company's guidelines and expectations.
- Possibility of occasional work from the office if required.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
