About the Role:
Our client operating within the digital marketing field, is seeking to recruit a Japanese speaking Affiliate Manager to join their expanding team in Malta.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. Based in either Malta or Manila, you will be responsible for managing and growing our network of affiliate partners. Your role will involve building relationships, optimizing performance, and implementing strategies to maximize affiliate revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture a network of Japanese-speaking affiliate partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Negotiate and manage commission structures with affiliates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt affiliate strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide regular performance reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Japanese native speaker, able to speak fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and performance metrics.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative affiliate strategies.
- Ability to travel to conferences
