Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our rapidly growing client in Malta. Your role will involve developing and executing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and optimizing communication channels with focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Lead a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve CRM goals.
- Analyze customer data and behaviors to segment audiences and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
- Optimize communication channels, including email, SMS, and social media, to deliver personalized and relevant content.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in CRM activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CRM technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient level of English, able to communicate in Japanese would be ideal.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in CRM management within the iGaming field.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and communication strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging customer experiences.
