About the Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for German, Italian, and Polish speaking Travel Advisers to join their team in Brno, Czech Republic!
If you are fluent in at least one of these languages, you could be the perfect candidate for this offer.

Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Consultants are the primary contact for customers;
- They answer questions regarding the flight reservations, cancellations and online check in via phone;
- The calls are handled in German, Italian or Polish, and English.
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of German, Italian & Polish;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexibility and stress tolerance;
- Spirit and eagerness to learn new skills;
- Good PC skills.
