About the Role:
On behalf of our client, we are currently searching for a Part-time Dutch speaking Customer Support Agent in Bulgaria. If you are fluent in Dutch, this job can be yours.

Responsibilities:

Handle all the incoming questions and requests via telephone, e-mail and /or chat.

Providing assistants related to sales matters.

Clarifying invoicing and payments (incl. dropping procedure of customers, payments plan, deferred payments and when to cancel costs.

Advising client of Tariff changes (incl. proposing a product change or a discount).
-
Increase client’s satisfaction while building and maintaining good and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:

Secondary school level of qualification.
-
Previous proven customer service experience.
-
Dutch or Flemish – Native or Fluent level (oral and written).
-
English - working level.
-
Experience with CRM systems a plus.

MS Office skills.
