We are currently looking for German-speaking customer advisors for the German online bank N26 who are ready to kickstart their professional career in beautiful Greece. As the first point of contact for end customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide friendly and solution-oriented assistance. Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner, following agreed-upon procedures.
  • As a first-level agent, handle incoming calls and effectively address each customer issue with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Serve as an interface not only to private end customers but also communicate with business customers in the B2B environment.
  • Proactively offer and expand the "customer journey" by introducing the product range.
  • Ensure that services provided to our customers meet the contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively listen to customers, showing empathy for their concerns and needs, and utilize the opportunity to build a relationship with them.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of the products and/or services.
  • Perform accurate and complete work, including appropriate notes on accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and company performance.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring to published materials, secondary sources, or more experienced staff members.

Your Profile:

  • German language skills at C1/C2 level + English proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, call center environment, or a role involving customer contact is a plus.
  • PC skills required.
  • Patience in communication and problem-solving.
  • Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
