Regarding your scope of responsibilities:

• Appropriate and goal-oriented sales consultation via phone and email
• Comprehensive customer information regarding all inquiries related to products
• Professional guidance on the usage of products
• Providing information about deliveries and price inquiries
• Assistance with online orders
• Conducting follow-up conversations after the trial period of the product has ended to answer customer questions and provide support
• Utilizing various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone

Regarding your profile:

• German as a native language or at least at a strong C1 level
• Fluent English skills in both written and verbal communication
• Experience in a B2B context is advantageous
• Proactive communication style and sales orientation/experience
• Strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and support
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines
• Dynamic and structured work approach, as well as a customer and goal-oriented mindset
