Your responsibilities:

• Optimize the marketing campaigns of your clients by strategically utilizing Google Ads services
• Understand the marketing goals of your clients and align strategy, tactics, and objectives
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Collect and analyze data at the account and campaign levels
• Generate reports to identify and implement optimization potentials
• Apply optimization techniques across Google Search Network (GSN), mobile, and YouTube
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental processes and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to account leads
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas that require operational adaptations or improvements.

Your profile:

• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level, ideally native speaker)
• At least B2 level in English
• Experience in digital marketing (client service or account management)
• Previous experience with Google Ads / AdWords (must)
• Experience working in a B2B environment and actively using digital/internet and online applications (AdWords, advertising, etc. )
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high level
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
• Technologically savvy - ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy knowledge
• Demonstrated passion for a culture of excellence and commitment to quality in customer service
