About the Role:
Our client based in Athens is growing their Team! They are looking for Customer Service Agents to report to the Team Leader and be part of their dynamic Team.

In this role, you’ll work to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. Main responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments).
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
- Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ideally 6 months or more of customer services experience.
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
- Computer savvy.
