About the Role:

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria 

Role: Dutch speaking Administrator

Salary: 1200 euro net p/m (rising to 1323 euro p/m netafter 6 months)

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between MON-FRI 08:45 till 19:15

The Company

We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria for a Dutch speaking Administrator.   This is an office based role in Sofia - this largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!

The Role

As an Administrator you will represent a group of private Bailiff offices where you will play a crucial role in analyzing debtor files, liaising with bailiffs, and handling debtor inquiries. This is primarily a back office administration role where attention to detail is important. You will also receive some inbound calls (approx 20% of time) where you will assist with queries. Your main repsonsibilities will be:

  • Analyze debtor files, verifying information and assessing eligibility for writ preparation.
  • Prepare and distribute writs in coordination with bailiffs.
  • Manage the lifecycle of each dossier, including external communication.
  • Handle inbound debtor calls, providing information and assisting with repayment plans.
  • Resolve debtor inquiries and disputes professionally and empathetically.

Requirements 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken
  • Good command of English
  • Previous experience in an administration role desired
  • Able to multi-task
  • High attention to detail

Salary and Benefits

There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Sofia, few days hotel on arrival and assistance with finding your own accommodation. Excellent career progression opportunities in a growing company. The basic net salary is around 1200 euro net p/m, increasing after probation to 1323 euro net p/m
