About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Trilingual Customer Service role near Chippenham. The client is looking for trilingual speakers of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and German. This is role is based in a new modern office with a gym and canteen on site.
The company has recently enjoyed huge growth and is expanding its operations across Europe. The salary for this position is between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience. There will be a bonus based on company performance as well as a family and friends discount scheme. Full training will be provided to familiarise employees with company products and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full customer service cycle in your language specific regions.
- Assimilate product knowledge in order to respond to customers’ queries efficiently.
- Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, and live messenger.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers across the UK and Europe.
- Maintain records of customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
- Trilingual ability including English and two other European languages listed above.
- Ideally some previous customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in IT skills.
- Ability to exceed targets.
