The company
Are you a fluent Dutch speaker with a good command of English and are you also passionate about digital marketing? We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria: Dutch speaking Client Manager. The role will be based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!
The role
This is a B2B support role where you have contact with your business clients via phone and email in regards to website creation, design and other digital marketing services. You will receive inbound calls and emails from customers who would like to revise their website and need changes. You will be responsible for minor changes such as logo or address changes. For more substantial amendments you will work closely with the web designers. You will also conduct outbound calls to your existining clients to ensure your clients are happy with the service and to see if there is anything else you can do to assist them.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Interest in digital marketing, SEO optimization and website creation desired
- Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
Salary and Benefits
There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Sofia, few days hotel on arrival and assistance with finding your own accommodation. Excellent career progression opportunities in a growing company. The basic net salary is around 1125 euro net p/m.
