About the Role:
Estonian or Latvian Speaking Customer Support
Athens, Greece
Our client in Athens has requirements for Estonian or Latvian speaking customer service Advisors.
Supporting customers by inbound calls, emails and online chat.
This role starts asap.
Salary €1100 per month + bonuses + flight paid for + first few weeks accommodation.
Candidates must speak fluent Estonian or Latvian and fluent English

- Contract: unlimited
- Operating hours: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (If night shifts are not at times where transportation is opened we will support, if it is 11:00-06:00 transportation will be available)
- Salary: 1100 gross (950 + 150 language allowance)
- Performance bonus: Up to 10% according to your performance and KPI’s per month after the first 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month)
- Private Medical insurance (Generali) from the Hire date
- 5 euros per working day (Up Hellas Card)
- Night shit includes extra payment.
