About the Role:
Role: Hebrew speaking Customer Advisor - work from home in Bulgaria
Location: work from home in Bulgaria
Salary: 1150 Euro gross per month (2300 Lev gross p/m) for full-time
Operational Hours: part-time and full-time option available between 20-40 hrs per week, between operation hours: 7am-10pm Mon-Sun
The Company
Our client is an International is a technology company which provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries.
The role
As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for clients in regards to products and orders. You will receive incoming calls and emails from customers and will answer their queries in a timely manner. Provide product information, processing orders and deliveries will be part of your daily tasks.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Hebrew
- Good command of English
- Customer service experience
- Flexible attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop
