French Speaking Customer Service - onsite
Gross salary €15,100 per year including bonuses plus meal allowance
Our client is recruiting French speakers to start 15th November, candidates must be able to start then if successful. This role is working on behalf of one of the world’s leading IT companies.
Native French and b2 English is required.
Ability to assist users with pre-sales, general Inquiries, and technical support issues via Calls, Chat, Email, Social and messaging support (as assigned).
Ability to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (calls, email, chat, and messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels.
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate customers’ issues to higher tiers of support, as defined and documented.
Respond to inbound customer’s requests; document relevant case information.
This role requires working shifts including weekends. Operating shifts between Monday to Friday: 08:00-20:00 and Weekends: 08:00-17:00
Days Off: 2 Days Rotational
Relocation if required
