Italian & Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Advisors

€14,400 per year gross + meal allowance
Our client is recruiting for Customer service advisors that speak native-level Italian and b2 Portuguese and b2 English.
Initially this is a 6 month contract.
This role requires working shifts including weekends up to 9 pm in the evening.
Assisting customers in Italian, Portuguese and English. Assisting customers by phone, chat and emails regarding different queries. Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot of system configurations, and network settings. Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Native level Italian and at least b2 Portuguese and English.
Ideally have some customer service experience but not essential.
