About the Role:
Japanese-speaking Inbound Sales Agent in Spain
Our client is recruiting for its offices in Torremolinos a Japanese Sales Agent with a passion for sales and technology. You'll enjoy a challenging and fulfilling role, working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call our client - you must give the best first impression.
- You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our client´s professional toolkit to scan the device
- You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
- You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service

- Native level of Japanese
- High level of English
- Previous experience in sales
- Communication and social skills
