About the Role:
Are you motivated by providing a good customer experience, and do you speak Dutch fluently? Then we have the perfect vacancy for you!
This role can be performed through home office (anywhere in Hungary) or from our client's Budapest office
In your role, you will deliver the best customer experience for Dutch clients mainly via phone. You will be working with one of the biggest shipping & delivery companies, and be responsible for providing excellent customer service.

They are 26,000 customer experience specialists at 50 contact centers across 22 countries, delivering services in 33 languages to international brands in various industry verticals
