What you’ll be doing at Teleperformance Portugal
As a German-speaker Customer Support for Healthcare, you will:
- As a Customer Support for Healthcare, you'll assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product;
- Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety;
- Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions;
- Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
There will be big smiles if you
- Fluent level of German and a B2-level in English;
- Willing to start an international experience - work abroad;
- Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Healthcare;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team spirit;
- Experience in telephone customer service (preferred).
