What you’llbe doing at Teleperformance Portugal
As a Dutch-speaker Customer Service for Healthcare Industry, you will:
- Assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product;
- Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety;
- Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions;
- Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
There will be big smiles if you
- Fluent level of Dutch and a English (minimum B2);
- Interest in digital marketing or online advertising platforms;
- Exemplary communication and listening skills;
- Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently;
- Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
