Dutch Speaking Order Support Specialists – Remote in Portugal
Remote anywhere in Portugal
€1298 per month gross
Our client is recruiting Dutch Speaking Order Support Specialists, candidates can be located anywhere within Portugal mainland.
Backoffice Responsibilities:
The core of the role involves handling customer inquiries, including:
- Responding to inbound calls from customers who have replied to a callback request sent by our team
- Conducting outbound calls (when necessary) to clarify information with customers
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and resolve complex issues related to online orders
* Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase
* Liaise with partners to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction
* Perform investigations to make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates on issue resolution
Requirements:
