Our client in Limassol is looking for their new Conversion Sales Agent for the Norwegian market!
Part of your daily activities will be:
- To build and maintain relationships with customers via phone.
- To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.
- To maximize sales activity.
- To assist clients with queries regarding registration.
- To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Conversion Manager
- Work mainly on the phone
- Handle different challenges and situations
- Work resultdriven in a performing team
- Strong communication skills is required as you work verbally with customers every day
Candidate Profile
- Native Level Norwegian and fluent English skills
- Good computer and tech skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
- Experience in customer service or/and sales (potentially a similar role)
