If you are a fluent Dutch speaker who would like to start a career in HR or Recruitment, then please read further! We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria for a Recruitment Assistant. This is an office based role in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The Role
As a Recruitment Assistant you work for our clients online shopping brand and you will be responsible for reviewing incoming applications. You will conduct outbound screening calls to assess the candidate's suitability and will handle candidate communications, including confirmation of interviews and follow-ups. This role is crucial in ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, organized, and positive for both candidates and hiring managers. You will handle various administrative tasks and maintain and update the applicant tracking system. Further more you will prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
● Fluency in Dutch
● Good command of English
● Experience in a client relationship role
● Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
● Strong work ethic and team spirit.
Salary and Benefits
