Remote Recruitment Consultant (Europe) to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes.
• Focus on high-volume recruitment for entry-level positions across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV screenings, interviews, and skills evaluations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source the best talent and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Meet and exceed performance targets in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a recruitment agency or recruitment company.
• Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload remotely.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e. g. , ATS systems).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in Europe and eligible to work remotely.
