System & HR Coordinator to join our Málaga office

We are seeking a Junior System & HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in one of our offices in Málaga or Barcelona. This role is ideal for a multitasker with experience in at least one of the following areas: IT or HR. The role will involve working across multiple departments, making it a perfect fit for someone eager to grow and take on varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to our colleagues – if you know how to use Microsoft Admin Suite and Intune it is an advantage but not a requirement 

• Assist in HR tasks with a special focus on Spanish Labour Law and HSE compliance  

• Generate reports and statistics to support various teams.  

• Handle administrative tasks across multiple areas, including HR, Marketing, and Systems.  

• Ensure candidate success by supporting our recruiter’s with the candidate journey 

• Support with invoicing, mostly in line with Spanish Labour Law, and collaborate on payroll-related tasks.  

Good to Have Skills & Experience:

• IT: Experience with Microsoft Admin Centre and Intune.  

• HR: Knowledge of Spanish Labour Law 

• Reporting: Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets for data analysis.  

• Administrative Support: Comfortable handling invoicing; Experience with recruitment systems or Familiarity with video and audio editing tools 

• Cross-Functional Skills: Willingness to take on tasks across marketing, IT, sourcing, and systems.
