About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Accounts Receivable Representative on behalf of a client in Southampton.
The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office. The salary is around £27,000. This is an ideal opportunity for a fluent German speaker with 1-2 years of experience in a customer focussed financial support role. The successful candidate will be managing the payment processes of the client's German customers. You will also be responsible for liaising with other business partners as well as individual customers so you must be confident communicating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Reconciling and collecting payments owed to the company from partners and customers.
- Accurately reporting and maintaining the company's financial records.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Resolving any customer queries.
- Assisting with accounts payable tasks when necessary.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent German speaker
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
