Tasks:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients from the Luminus database
- Active listening to understand client needs and sales opportunities
- Comparing tariffs with other suppliers
- Convincing prospects to become Luminus clients
- Assisting with digital contract signing
- Following up with clients after contract signing
- Proposing/selling other Luminus products and services
Requirements:
- Required diploma: Secondary Education
- Required languages: Dutch (native level, preferably Flemish), English (communication level)
- Basic skills: MS Office, PC skills
- Personal skills: Willingness to learn, motivation to do sales
- Social-communicative competencies: Customer orientation, persuasiveness, listening, good self-expression
- Emotional competencies: Empathy, self-confidence, self-motivation
- Task-oriented competencies: Quality of work (Accuracy), Sales Ability
