Job Title: Dutch-Speaking Client Advisor – Inbound Sales
Location: Bulgaria, Sofia

Tasks:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database.
- Actively listen to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Compare energy tariffs with those of other suppliers.
- Convince prospects to choose our energy solutions.
- Assist clients in signing digital contracts.
- Follow up with customers after contract signing to ensure satisfaction.
- Propose and sell additional energy products and services.
Requirements:
- Languages: Native-level Dutch (preferably Flemish) and conversational English.
- Technical Skills: Basic MS Office and PC skills.
- Personal Traits: Eagerness to learn, sales motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Social Skills: Strong customer orientation, persuasive communication, active listening, and clarity in expression.
- Emotional Intelligence: Empathy, self-confidence, and self-motivation.
- Task-Oriented Skills: Accuracy and a proven ability to close sales.
What We Offer:
- Contract Type: Labor contract.
- Salary: Competitive base salary with bonus commissions.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time (40 hours/week preferred) or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).
- Breaks: Paid breaks (2 x 15 minutes) and an unpaid lunch break (1 x 30 minutes).
- Performance Metrics: Sales targets, punctuality, and attendance.
- Training: 2 days of theoretical training, followed by hands-on learning.
