Mission: Provide customer service support for Flemish and Dutch-speaking customers for a multinational logistics company.
Key Details:
- Contract Type: Long-term open contract (CDI)
- Retirement Pension: Contribution to CNSS
- Healthcare: Insurance coverage with 85% medical fees refunded
- Salary Structure:
- Fixed net salary of 10,512. 53 MAD for 191 hours per month
- Monthly performance bonus of 1,693. 00 MAD (based on performance and absenteeism)
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
- Saturdays on a rotation basis
- Training:
- Training hours are paid based on the fixed hourly rate
- Contract is signed during the first training week, and benefits start from the first month
- Work Mode: Remote work from Rabat

Requirements for the Vacancy:
- Must have a valid Moroccan ID
- Clean criminal record
- Residing locally in Morocco
- Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch (Flemish/Dutch speakers) & Fluent English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
