Location: Timisoara Romania
Our client a global call centre require Service Desk Agents to start on 1/3/25
Candidates must live in Timisoara to be able to apply for this job.
language requirement is for German B2 (and above) plus manageable English (B1 and above).
Full time Monday to Friday business hours
Permanent contract
Profile: for candidates without any experience (fresher) you must have a degree related to IT or technology. For those experienced working in computers and technology , an education isn’t mandatory but you should have the required experience
Salary depends on the experience min. 2100€ (fresher) gross and up to 2300€ gross ( with over 12 months experience)

Level 1 RAN & CMS Support Agents will be responsible for providing first-line support for RAN and CMS infrastructure.

Education
-Technical degree preferred Telecommunication background.
*Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in RAN and CMS support
- Familiarity with telecom vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei or any other vendor)
- Basic knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies
Skills:
- Basic understanding of RAN and CMS concepts
- Familiarity with network management tools (e. g. , NMS, OSS)
-Voice Call Handling: Good knowledge of handling voice calls
-Email Communication: Good email writing skills.
-Infrastructure Monitoring: Good understanding of Infrastructure components and respective alerts.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on high volume and customer facing environment.
-Ability to learn new skills, fast track learning and adaption of new technologies.
Certifications:
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent (Trained or Certified) - Vendor-specific certifications (e. g. , Nokia, Ericsson)
Language skills:
German – B2 and above
English – B1 and above
