About the Role:
Our client is looking for Croatian speakers to work in their state of the art office in Cluj Napoca, Romania. The project is for a major retail company that is currently taking the world by storm!

- Problem Solver: Spot and fix discrepancies or unclear data annotations—help keep it clean! 🔍

- Feedback Hero: Help us improve our annotation guidelines and make sure we’re always moving in the right direction. 📈
- Customer Voice: Gather and analyze feedback to make sure our shoppers have the best experience possible. 💬
- Keep It Secure: Protect sensitive data and follow all confidentiality protocols. 🔒
🔑 What We’re Looking For:
- Languages: You’re a native Croatian speaker 🇭🇷 with intermediate English skills. ✨
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a major plus! You’re a pro at interacting with people and helping solve problems. 💡
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using tech and quick to learn new tools and systems. 🖥️
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (writing, listening, speaking) 💬
- Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy 👀
- Problem-solving mindset and able to think outside the box 💡
- A self-starter with organizational skills 📅
- Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure (we know it can get busy!) 😎
