Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Advisor for Banking Sector will be:

Together with your colleagues, you will support our client by helping bank customers via phone, chat and email with any queries they may have about products or service and dealing with complaints. Â
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

EU Citizenship or valid work permit/ residency card mandatory

You are a native French speaker

You have a business proficiency level of English

Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year

Working hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
